SACHHI WOMEN Build - Skills - Empower is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing training, career development, and employment opportunities for Women in Recovery, women with disabilities, and survivors of abuse seeking careers in the home improvement, construction, and sewing design industries. 
Denise Sparks has supervised, trained, and employed over 200 women and men for more than 30 years as an independent contractor and owner at Sparks A/C-Heat & Home Improvements (SACHHI).   

With the realization that 80% of women are involved in choosing contractors for their home or commercial space needs, Denise went on a mission to establish a nonprofit that enables women to become proficient in the trades, providing clients with skilled home improvement services with "the female touch". 

SACHHI WOMEN Skills - Build - Empower is seeking community support, financial assistance, in-kind sponsorships, and crowdfunding assistance for 20 or more participating trainees during the

 Twenty-week training program to begin in September 2026 and run through graduation day on

January 2027.
