SACHHI WOMEN Build - Skills - Empower is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing training, career development, and employment opportunities for Women in Recovery, women with disabilities, and survivors of abuse seeking careers in the home improvement, construction, and sewing design industries. 
Denise Sparks has supervised, trained, and employed over 200 women and men for more than 30 years as an independent contractor and owner at Sparks A/C-Heat & Home Improvements (SACHHI).   

With the realization that 80% of women persuade and/or are involved in choosing the contractors for their home or business space needs, Denise went on a mission to establish a nonprofit structure enabling women to receive training  to provide women clients with home improvement services by skilled women with "the female touch". 

SACHHI WOMEN Skills - Build - Empower is seeking community support, financial and in-kind sponsorships, and crowdfunding assistance for 20 or more participating trainees during the

Two (2) twenty-week paid training programs to begin in January 2026.
